Production Head

As a seasoned production supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to effectively oversee various production lines.

  • Lead the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving productivity targets.
  • Resolve daily challenges through structured incident management processes.

Close collaboration with Heads of Department from Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR is essential for addressing productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.

  • Conduct productive production meetings to address key issues.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across Manufacturing inter-department.
  • Spearhead process improvement projects in coordination with support groups.

Key responsibilities include actively managing ECO documentation and implementation control, reviewing and recommending enhancements for existing inter-Department procedures, and consistently monitoring and controlling non-quality costs through corrective measures.

  • Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints.
  • Implement and maintain quality systems.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs.

Additionally, you will drive manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce, continuously monitoring and refining daily production planning based on operational requirements and business objectives.
