Job Title: Chief Industrial Designer

This role is responsible for leading customer-centric research, market insight, and cutting-edge design leadership to define products that are not only functional but also distinctive, reliable, and aligned with our brand identity.

The successful candidate will lead industrial design efforts, conduct field visits, gather insights, and develop comprehensive Design Requirements Documents. They will define a minimalist, brand-consistent design language and drive initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing manufacturability and scalability.

  • Critical Skills:
  • Industrial design expertise with a focus on electronic or hardware products
  • 10–15 years of experience in high-volume product development
  • Strong background in design thinking and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field from a top-tier institute
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with business requirements and technical feasibility
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and design sprints
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
