Job Title:

Appliance Product Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Appliance Product Leader to oversee and amplify our Personal Care Appliances portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, including offline retail and e-commerce experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Spearhead the onboarding of leading PCA brands across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
    • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for global brands in international markets.
    • Craft and manage a curated portfolio of exclusive PCA brands.
    • Promote brand growth through assortment expansion, margin management, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Contribute to a seamless omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels.
    • Optimize profitability and scalability through GMV contribution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in product management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce.
  • A deep understanding of PCA category specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network.
  • Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: product strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • A proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
