**Job Title:** Production Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead our production team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production techniques, automation, and robotics, with experience in mass manufacturing, machining, and process optimization. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analytics is also essential.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a leader who can mentor teams, foster a culture of accountability and growth, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage production teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure effective inventory control
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in production management
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
