Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of new products. As a product person, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to life.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand concepts in depth and drive adoption among customers.

As you grow within the organization, you will lead initiatives and move towards a Senior Product Manager role.

Main Objectives:
  • Create product strategy, including pricing plans, target segments, partnerships, etc.
  • Design, develop, and manage new, existing, or acquired products.
  • Work with stakeholders to define scope, costs, and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new ones.
  • Deploy new products for initial customers.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure delivered systems meet product requirements.
  • Identify sales opportunities and position products on key platforms with distribution partners.
  • Develop campaign strategies and execute with the content and design team.
  • Facilitate changes to the product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills: Take primary and secondary data to come up with original insights that can be defended with data or evidence.
  • Structured thinking: Think clearly under lots of data and make definitive choices along with pros and cons.
  • Empathy: Understand different stakeholders within the organization and outside, and put yourself in their shoes.
  • Effective communication: Communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions, etc.
