Livelihood Program Manager

As a Livelihood Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our rural livelihoods strategy and creating sustainable, scalable, and inclusive income opportunities across Punjab.

  1. You will develop a comprehensive livelihoods strategy aligned with our vision and Punjab's socio-economic realities.
  2. Design and pilot innovative livelihood models that address rural challenges while enhancing dignity of work, women's participation, and climate resilience.
  3. Build models that can scale across Punjab and ensure long-term community ownership.

You will lead end-to-end program design and planning, ensuring integration of technology, digital literacy, and market linkages in livelihood programs. Your role will involve forging partnerships with government, CSR donors, foundations, corporates, and local NGOs to expand livelihood interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking with execution excellence, an entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset, strong community engagement and participatory approaches, ability to influence stakeholders at grassroots and policy levels, and excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
