Job Title: Rural Livelihoods Leader
Rural livelihoods are at the forefront of development strategies in Punjab, with a focus on creating sustainable and scalable income opportunities for rural communities.

We seek an experienced professional to lead our rural livelihoods strategy, developing comprehensive programs that enhance community well-being and promote economic growth.

The successful candidate will design innovative models, build partnerships with government agencies, CSR donors, and local NGOs, and ensure integration of technology and digital literacy in livelihood programs.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Management, Social Work, Agriculture, or related fields, along with 10-15 years of progressive experience in livelihoods, rural development, or community enterprise building.

Key qualifications include:

  1. A deep understanding of social enterprises, women's economic empowerment, agriculture, and allied sectors.
  2. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
