Job Title: Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading sustainability partner in Asia, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in formulating strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a client engagement strategy to drive business growth and revenue streams.
  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relations, including C-level decision makers, to develop potential long-term strategic relationships.
  • Assist and advise C-level decision makers on renewable energy sourcing roadmaps.
  • Conceptualize new offerings to meet client goals on shift towards Net Zero/Carbon Neutrality or achieve energy cost savings.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, financial models, energy load analysis, and other analysis as required for deal closure.
  • Effectively manage revenue streams and budgetary allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage large-scale complex contracts, client negotiations, and new business deals.
  • Maintain consistent growth by establishing new clients and maintaining existing ones.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, rules, regulations, issues, and news.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in consulting, finance, business development, sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with C-level decision makers.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability practices.
