Business Development Strategist

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at FindMyNextJob, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, engage with clients face-to-face, and effectively present our offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our products/services as solutions to address their challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients to showcase our offerings and understand their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and support sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales plans, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Proactively explore new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic input and ensure competitiveness.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to tailor solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
- Handle contract negotiations and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment or technology-related industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients in face-to-face meetings.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a result-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business-related events.
