Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at GoWin. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage requirements from existing users.
  • Close orders with Purchase/Procurement Personnel.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets, and manage distributors.
  • Develop new business and implement marketing strategies.
  • Deliver profitable growth in assigned territories.
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of basic Analytical/Life Science techniques.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and secure orders.
  • Proficiency in product knowledge and leveraging features/benefits to generate demand.
  • Key account management, negotiation, and trade handling.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to products related to QC Labs in the Pharma Industry and Research & Educational Labs.
  • Familiarity with Lab Chemicals, Glassware, Microbiology Media, Reagents, Chromatography Products, and Filtration Products.
