About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Assurance Manager to lead and execute financial statement audits.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review, as well as strong leadership abilities to guide assigned staff in their tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement audit strategies, perform risk assessments, and complete engagements within established timeframes
  • Assume lead roles on medium and complex engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Establish realistic project timelines and coordinate audit requests with stakeholders
  • Mentor and train junior-level staff on technical aspects of the role
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding work progress and client issues
  • Adhere to firm and audit department policies, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and quality outcomes
Requirements for Success
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification, accompanied by 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • A team-oriented professional with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and International Standards of Auditing (ISA)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing circumstances
