Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and timely evaluations aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee engagement is a critical aspect of this role, and you will develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Grievance handling requires effective communication and empathy, and you will address employee grievances effectively, ensuring a fair and unbiased resolution process.
  • You will identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support employee development initiatives to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
  • Compliance with industrial relations practices and labour laws is essential, and you will ensure that all legal documentation, audits, and dispute resolution are handled professionally.
  • Policymaking is another critical responsibility, and you will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.
  • Finally, you will prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track HR metrics, providing insights to drive business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • A proven track record of handling diverse HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws (including compliance with statutory requirements).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism is critical in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and data management systems is required.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additionally, certifications in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or HR Management are preferred but not mandatory.
