  • Maintain and expand a strong professional network within the HVAC industry.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly on targets, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B HVAC sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking ability with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers in the HVAC industry.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
