Job Overview

The Editorial Project Manager role involves overseeing a range of activities related to content creation for various customers and platforms.

This includes taking ownership of coordinating multiple projects to ensure successful collaboration for content quality and publication.

In this position, you will provide advice and guidance to authors, contributors, and editors to help them navigate the publication process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop volumes in assigned series from pre-production manuscript stage through final production stages to ensure on-time publication of volumes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide expertise and support to authors, contributors, and editors throughout the publication process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of content creation or publishing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
