Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost Optimization and Budget Management: Analyze production costs, identify opportunities for optimization, develop sourcing budgets, and monitor expenditures.
  • Production Coordination & Fulfilment: Coordinate with vendors for timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct PP review meetings, inline inspections, and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process.
  • Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard contract manufacturing partners, cultivate strong relationships with key vendors, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Vendor network in Jaipur (highly desirable).
  • Proven sourcing & procurement experience in apparel/fashion.
