We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Engineer. This role requires someone with expertise in software development and troubleshooting, with a strong background in technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve, or troubleshoot existing test tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively through written documentation and verbal communication.
  • Continuously improve knowledge about the business and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with Unix and modern programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS and operating systems.
  • Programming skills in at least one software programming language.
