About the Job
  • This position requires strong technical and functional skills, including experience with Workday Project Lifecycle and in-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Workday modules, including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement Workday configurations based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients to deliver tailored Workday solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Workday solutions.
