Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Development Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities across various revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities
  • Develop business plans and feasibility studies for cost-saving initiatives
  • Identify new potential income streams and develop strategies to access these funds
  • Liaise with government banks, investment bankers, and private investors to raise funds
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools
  • Experience in Fundraising profile across organisations, preferably real estate; strong professional experience in Fund raising, Financial modelling, Live Deals, Due Diligence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, appropriate tool for developing Financial models, Analysis, Charts, Graphs etc.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package of ₹30,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
