Technical Leadership Role

This is a Technical Lead position where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

The role requires a highly skilled leader with strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in designing and delivering scalable applications.

  1. Design, develop, and deliver complex applications that meet the required quality standards.
  2. Drive end-to-end architecture and database design ensuring scalability and performance of the system.
  3. Provide technical direction to the team, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microservices, Frontend, and Cloud environments.
  5. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.
  6. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Database Design (schema design, optimization, indexing) to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices development using Golang to create efficient and scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development with Angular to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Practical exposure to AWS Cloud Services and Linux environments to ensure compatibility and reliability.
