Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced project executive to manage the complete lifecycle of switchgear projects. This includes coordinating with various teams, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring timely execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of switchgear systems, excellent project planning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site teams for project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including project plans, BOQs, drawings, and test reports.
Client and Stakeholder Management

The successful project executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. They will conduct regular progress reviews and client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems / EEE or related discipline.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • 8–12 years in managing LV/MV/HV switchgear projects (AIS/GIS), preferably for industrial, utility, or infrastructure clients.
Key Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of switchgear systems (MCCs, VCBs, ACBs, RMUs, etc.).
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills.
  • Strong client communication and team coordination.
