
Growing Consumer Health Brand Leader

Job Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead the growth of a prominent consumer health brand.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand's core identity, tone, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and trust.
- Lead the planning and execution of content campaigns, influencer partnerships, and hero initiatives that build brand equity.
- Collaborate with the performance team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with consumers.
- Design repeatable and scalable content formats that drive sustained engagement.
- Ensure uniformity and consistency across all consumer assets.
- Drive top-of-funnel visibility and storytelling through strategic content development.
- Monitor and analyze quarterly brand health trackers (awareness, NPS, trust) to inform content, performance, and category priorities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in brand management, content-led marketing, or performance-driven creative.
- Experience in consumer brands, wellness, beauty, or D2C is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, able to break down creative performance, identify insights in data, and connect inputs to outcomes.
- Clear and effective communication skills, structured problem-solving skills, and proactive execution skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across performance, content, category, and design teams.
- Owner mindset, taking initiative without needing instructions.
- Ability to ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand's core values.
