Business Development Manager - Freelance Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our recruitment and staffing division, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue within the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, leveraging negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate a strong network of corporate connections, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development/sales within recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing models, and permanent, contract, C2H services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
