Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Director to spearhead our most critical growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, quality standards, and operational excellence.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture through mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to align delivery with program goals, drive business value, and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, including project teams, end-users, business owners, and senior leaders, to ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and optimize delivery processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in successfully delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving organizational growth and transformation.
  • Excellent program management skills, with in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, enabling effective planning, execution, and control of projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance, with a focus on mitigating risks, improving quality, and enhancing overall project outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align program objectives with organizational goals, drive business value, and make informed decisions that impact business success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and present project plans and status to senior leaders.
