Campaign Coordinator Role

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on internship designed to kick-start your career in campaign coordination. You will be an integral part of shaping and executing brand campaigns across digital, social, and influencer channels.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy and operations: turning cultural signals into actionable plans, helping shape decks that sell the idea, coordinating creators and partners, and keeping campaign workflows tight from brief to live to wrap.

You'll be judged on clarity, speed, and judgment. If you consistently bring order to the chaos and move work forward without drama, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across digital, social, and influencer channels.
  • Build and maintain an inventory of meme pages, creators, and distribution partners.
  • Coordinate with influencers/meme pages on deliverables, timelines, and asset tracking.
  • Support campaign scheduling, track live status, and keep dependencies green.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report performance and engagement metrics—clearly and on time.
  • Join brainstorms, contribute sharp ideas, and help build client-ready pitch decks.
  • Research emerging formats, creator trends, and cultural moments that brands can leverage.
  • Own one component end-to-end by Day 45 (e.g., performance reporting, creator tracker, or weekly trends note).

Growth & Conversion Path

This internship is a serious stepping stone to a full-time role. Strong performers will be considered for a conversion review at ~90 days based on delivery, judgment, writing quality, and ownership.

Logistics
  • Work mode: Primarily remote.
  • Location preference: Bengaluru is ideal for occasional in-person jams, but we're open to strong candidates anywhere in India.
  • Duration: 3 months (extendable).
Stipend Details

Approximately ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
