**Campaign Workflow Developer Role**

This position involves developing Adobe Campaign Classic workflows on a timely basis with precision as per the requirements.

We are looking for an individual who can coordinate with campaign managers and translate their queries into actionable Adobe campaign workflows.

  • The ideal candidate should have technical and programming skills such as Adobe Campaign, Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, etc.
  • A strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • We require someone to design, develop and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring existing communications, troubleshooting campaign and technical issues, making modifications to existing communications and ensuring they are executed correctly.
  • Another key task is managing communication status reporting, defining standard delivery reports, and creating new adhoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • The successful candidate will analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
  • Additionally, the role involves helping drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements.
  • Excellent data program techniques and procedures knowledge.
