
Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue expansion within the company's Auto Logistics Division. Key responsibilities include new business development, business retention, and strategic planning to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- To actively participate in Request for Quote (RFQ) processes, identify client requirements, and design tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of yard, in-plant, and warehousing industry product flow processes, analyze manpower productivity through time motion studies, and develop effective solutions.
- Develop process flows, resource mapping, and manpower allocation strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Conduct thorough OPEX and CAPEX analyses to inform project decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to gather operational insights and provide strategic support for business development initiatives.
- Utilize historical data to drive cost-efficient solutions and improve overall business performance.
- Support contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Work closely with Project Implementation Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- At least 6 years of experience in Contract Logistics Domain.
- Thorough understanding of In-plant, yard operations, and warehousing business across multiple industries, including transport operations and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop effective solutions.
- Market/Business Intelligence expertise.
- Attention to detail and high competency in Microsoft Office applications.
