ServiceNow IT Operations Management Specialist

The ideal candidate is an engineering graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution with experience in software development.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed technical requirements, developing solutions using the ServiceNow platform's IT Operations Management & Asset Management (ITOM/ITAM) related modules such as Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Change Management, Discovery, Service Maps, Event Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Integration Hub.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and configuring business requirements on the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITOM and ITAM modules including CMDB, Change Management, Discovery, Service Maps, Event Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.
  • Capturing requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders for user story development, configurations, and timely delivery.
  • Configuring modules, developing custom solutions through scripting and software development.
  • Preparing high-level design/architecture documentation and technical specifications.
  • Working with the platform team to drive technology direction and strategy, manage BAU tasks.
  • Providing value-based assessments to maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
