Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Engagement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top talent for various roles within our organization.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring the recruitment process is seamless, efficient, and effective. Key responsibilities include:
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within our spa.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our company's presence as an employer of choice by promoting our culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for service industry roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors).
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
