Deputy Manager Job Description">

Role Overview:

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring membership compliance of the Exchange and supporting the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinizing and processing applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screening all applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors and other relevant areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good execution skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and develop best practices across various groups.
  • Satisfy company and national regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputed Institute or University.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in securities/Capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
