Job Title: Team Lead/Assistant Manager, Field Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns for Europe. As a Team Lead/Assistant Manager, you will focus on MICE and transient technology solutions for hotels and destinations.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager in India and collaborates closely with UK and US counterparts.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes across the entire customer journey, preferably in B2B marketing, technology, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop optimized, targeted, and dynamic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate demand for Cvent solutions for hotels, venues, and destinations.

* Generate leads for the sales team to achieve sales bookings targets.

* Build and maintain relationships with strategic marketing partners in Europe.

* Curate content for marketing campaigns to support local needs.

* Plan and execute online demos/webinars and promote them through various channels (email, paid social, generic social, etc).

* Collaborate effectively across creative, content, digital, social, martech, and operations teams across multiple regions to achieve goals.

* Measure, track, and report on metrics to evaluate campaign results and effectiveness.

Requirements:

* 6-8 years of marketing experience.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and effective communicator.

* Strong knowledge of online and digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns.

* Understanding of the hospitality industry.

* Experience executing B2B campaigns across Europe.

* Experience working in a multi-national, matrixed organization to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple sales and marketing teams in remote locations.

* Experience with integrated marketing communications and creating campaigns executed across the mix.
