Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to be a part of a leading political consulting organization dedicated to supporting high-quality professional campaigns for enlightened political leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of governance.

- Prepare and maintain accurate statutory records, returns, and forms in adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Develop and draft Board/Committee/Shareholders' resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes, ensuring clarity and precision.

- Coordinate and support in conducting successful Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, fostering effective communication among stakeholders.

Requirements:

- A qualified Company Secretary (CS) who is a Member of ICSI, bringing expertise and credibility to this role.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record of achievement.

- Excellent knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial standards, and MCA/SEBI filing procedures, enabling seamless execution of tasks.

- Outstanding drafting, communication, and organizational skills, allowing for effective collaboration and delivery of results.
