Manufacturing Operations Director

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, managing resources and teams, and driving workflows to achieve production targets in a safe and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals and deadlines.
- Effectively manage resources, time, and manpower to optimize production output.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Deliver clear and effective presentations and communication to management and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Production Management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a similar industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization.
