Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing professional to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising manual insertion, finished goods production, and testing line production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production.
  2. Collaborate with the Planning Team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets.
  3. Resolve daily challenges through SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.
  4. Lead SIM-3 and SIM-5 alongside HODs from MFG, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR.
  5. Conduct productive production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.
  6. Coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing inter-department.
  7. Spearhead KE projects and improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.
  8. Manage ECO documentation and implementation control.
  9. Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-department procedures.
  10. Monitor and control non-quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool.
  11. Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints.
  12. Implement and maintain SPS systems.
  13. Maintain ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs.
  14. Drive manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce.
  15. Monitor and refine daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL.
  16. Drive projects to overcome repeated barriers hindering the achievement of KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned production professional with 15+ years of experience.
  • Strong background in supervising manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production.
