Job Title: VIP Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to senior executives and high-priority users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end desktop support including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Handle user issues both onsite and remotely using remote support tools.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests through ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in communication with VIP users.
  • Perform routine system checks and assist with system upgrades and configurations.
  • Possess L1-level knowledge of routing and switching for basic network issue identification.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate L2/L3 teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base.
