Senior Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Instrumentation Engineer to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing design deliverables, including instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design basis, specifications, and installation drawings for instrumentation and control systems.
  • Develop instrument index and I/O lists, functional loop schematics, and logic diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update P&IDs, 3D models, and IDR/IDC documents.
  • Conduct hands-on calculations for instrument sizing, control valve sizing, flow meter sizing, and safety valve sizing.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards.
  • Select instruments and systems for hazardous areas, considering exposure to various types of field instruments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in instrumentation engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
