We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
  • Monitor systems and networks for potential security breaches and investigate violations.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
  • Respond to security incidents and lead incident response activities, including root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Evaluate systems, applications, and network configurations to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and secure software development lifecycle.
  • Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint detection and response, security information and event management, data loss prevention, and intrusion detection/prevention systems tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, virtual private networks, proxies, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency with security information and event management platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), vulnerability scanners, and forensic tools.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or GSEC.
  • Experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
