Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our accounting operations and drive financial growth. As a Finance & Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end financial close process.
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain data integrity.
  • Streamline and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and apply technical accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Deliver detailed financial reports and MIS dashboards for stakeholders and management.
  • Analyse financial data to monitor expenditures, assess performance, and forecast revenues.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong leadership qualities; effective team leader.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting / ERP software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
