Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer Wanted

We're on the hunt for an experienced software developer who is skilled in Ruby on Rails and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using microservices architecture.
The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This includes:
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications to ensure they remain reliable and efficient
- Writing clean, modular code that adheres to industry standards
- Collaborating with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development
- Expertise in Sidekiq or Shoryuken, with a deep understanding of background job processing
- Proficiency in React and Typescript, with the ability to work with modern frontend technologies
- Familiarity with AWS, specifically SQS (Simple Queue Service)
- Ability to work in EST hours
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
