We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our organization.

Ruby on Rails Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications with efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and bug fixes in a timely manner
  • Write clean, well-structured code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process through constructive feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SQL/MySQL and its application in database management systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively
  • Familiarity with AI/DE usage and rotational shifts (10 to 7 and 5 to 2AM)
