Job Title: Lead Ruby on Rails Developer

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ruby on Rails Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies and platforms.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Understanding of web services, including RESTful APIs
  • Experience with MongoDB, Postgresql, and MySQL databases
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
