About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Passio Communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful account management, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, building strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather valuable insights and identify industry best practices.
  • Content Creation: Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement content strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual reports on the success of our new business development initiatives.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
    • Independent and a strong team leader.
