We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Manual Testing Specialist to drive quality and performance of our software products.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manual Testing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Execute Comprehensive Test Plans: Create thorough manual test plans and cases for web applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  2. Functional and Regression Testing: Conduct functional and regression testing across multiple platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
  3. Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify defects, document them clearly, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
  4. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback on design and usability, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A relevant degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Manual Testing: Proven experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
  3. Strong Understanding of Software Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Test Case Development and Execution: Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and execute them effectively.
  5. Bug-Tracking Tools and SQL Knowledge: Experience with bug-tracking tools like Linear or JIRA and knowledge of SQL for database testing.
  6. Web Technologies and APIs: Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs.
  7. Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
