Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager

At RsquareInfo E-Solution Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager to join our team in Azure Data Engineering.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, developing test strategies, coordinating with various teams, managing test plans, and ensuring the quality of Azure Data solutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Leverage expertise in Manual Testing methodologies to identify and report defects, provide recommendations for improvement, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Lead a team of testers, guiding them through test planning, execution, and defect reporting processes, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including test cases, test scripts, and defect reports, utilizing tools like JIRA or other equivalent platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Quality Assurance, to align testing efforts with project goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
