Quality Assurance Position

This role is designed to ensure the quality of our digital therapeutics and eLearning platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing effective test cases, developing and executing detailed test plans, performing manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications, and identifying defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and detailed test execution status reports.
  • Support UAT by assisting business users and validating fixes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Good understanding of different types of testing.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
