We're currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT Security Analysis team as a Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated project management expertise, including tracking progress against established milestones and deliverables.
  • Excellent investigative skills, a curious mindset, and a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including analytic and quality assurance techniques.
  • A self-motivated individual with a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
  • Experience in report preparation, dashboard creation, and documentation, with a focus on maintaining metrics and SLAs.
  • Able to define and refine operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team's consistent execution of monitoring and detection activities.
  • A strong understanding of business needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Must have worked as a DLP practitioner/expert and led teams for response and investigations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management, etc.
  • Experience in the security incident response lifecycle and its phases, with the ability to handle, resolve data security incidents, and respond to escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tools and techniques, such as DLP, CASB, etc.
  • Familiarity with industry cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Advanced-level knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods, with experience in planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
