Job Title

Mission statement.

This is a critical role that oversees the cybersecurity of one or more countries or subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity matters within the region.
  • Functionally managing site cybersecurity officers to ensure they are aware of and adhere to group standards, rules, and best practices.
  • Deploying and assessing the effectiveness of the Valeo ISSP (Information Systems Security Policy) across the region.
  • Coodinating and resolving cybersecurity incidents within the region in a timely manner.
  • Providing regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on regional cybersecurity performance.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the Valeo ISSP and group cybersecurity programs through proposals and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity with a strong international background.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and NIS.
  • Technical expertise in areas such as malware management, patch management, and firewalling.
  • Infrastructure, network, system, database, and application knowledge.
  • Proven team management experience.
