You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of customer agreements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFoster and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and preferences.
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify potential opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
Develop and present customized solutions to meet customer requirements, including pricing, service level agreements, and other contract terms.
Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of agreed-upon services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve and exceed targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant international corporate sales experience in a similar industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
