Key Role: Quality Assurance Manager

We're a leading fintech firm, part of the Make in India initiative and listed on BSE and National Stock Exchange. Our company specializes in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.

Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Testing Ownership: Define, implement, and optimize QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee and contribute to both manual and automation testing efforts.
  • Automation Framework & Execution: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.
  • Cross-Platform Testing Expertise: Lead end-to-end testing efforts across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Defect Management & Reporting: Oversee bug lifecycle using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing QA team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Hands-on with automation frameworks and open-source tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
  • Solid knowledge of different testing types - functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Experience in digital platform user testing with focus on Fintech/Payments UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTPS is preferred.
