Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proficient in business software applications, and have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business solutions by gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives or enhancements.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through business reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
