Product Support Role

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of healthcare products and providing top-notch support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional product support via multiple communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, identifying root causes of issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address third-tier issues and provide updates to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various means, including email, online web tools, and phone.
  • Stay organized and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless support services.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base and FAQ section.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Applications, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in product support from an EMR/PMS/Medical Billing/RCM company or Healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills via email, online web tools, and phone, with ability to mentor and manage tasks for others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, Internet, and database programming (SQL scripts), with working knowledge of Windows Server, Application Server, DBMS, SOAP, XML, JSON, and Medical Billing/Practice Management System software.
